Simplicial approximation theorem

Statement

If $K$ and $L$ are simplicial complexes and $f:\left|K\right|\to \left|L\right|$ is a continuous map (of their geometric realizations) then there exists a simplicial approximation $\varphi :s{d}^{q}K\to L$ to $f$.
